I have a problem… It’s Day 160 of drawing one object every day as a visual journal entry, and my sneakers are toast. I walk on average around 15k steps a day and it’s time to break in my new @pumarunning MagMax 2s. I had the pleasure of working with Puma on their campaign for these sneakers earlier this year and I’m finally ready to unbox them and test them out. I decided to add them to my #shelfportrait for today to mark the occasion. I would LOVE to keep being able to add brands to the shelf - who do you think I should try to work with? This is how one Instagram post got me hired to design merch for @dunkin 🍩 I feel so incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to make merch to celebrate the partnership between Dunkin’ and @oreo . I had so much fun making all these sketches and couldn’t be happier with the concept that the team wanted to take to final. The hoodies came out amazing and I will of course be wearing it nonstop! A little behind the scenes of my process making my Artist Series for @smmtoutdoor with @xtratuf After presenting a series of sketches, the team and I decided on one to move forward with. I made some adjustments to the sketch and tightened the ink drawing using #procreate on my iPad Pro. I then finalized the artwork in vector with #adobe illustrator. I needed the artwork to be bold as it was going to be etched into metal, and to work on a variety of colors. I spent a while making sure all the details would work at the correct scale as well. I’m really happy with how the final artwork and tumblers came out! They are a limited time release and only available for purchase through the end of June! #process #illustration #graphicdesign

Here is the May Shelf Portrait 🙌🏼 Each day I pick something that I did that day, finished, something I ate, or that I noticed to draw as a visual journal. I add it to that month’s shelf, and at the end, I’ll have an illustrated poster of my entire year. May was a busy month with the weather getting nicer, my birthday, and my first brand deal!
